Introduction:

This agreement outlines the terms between you and Cheap Minicabs Acton. By making a taxi booking and utilizing our service, you are acknowledging and accepting these guidelines.

Booking:

2.1 Ensure adequate time for your journey, especially for airport transportation.

2.2 Choose an appropriate car size for your group and luggage.

2.3 If someone in your group requires a wheelchair, please inform us during the booking process.

Prices & Payment:

3.1 We provide a quote based on the information you provide.

3.2 Taxes are not included unless specified otherwise.

3.3 Changing plans may result in a price adjustment.

3.4 We wait up to 45 minutes after your flight lands, covering airport parking costs. Additional charges apply for delays beyond this period.

3.5 Review your confirmation after agreeing to the price; inform us of any errors.

The Service:

4.1 You are responsible for your group’s behavior in the vehicle.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not allowed.

4.3 Ensure children are in appropriate safety seats.

4.4 Our passenger capacity adheres to licensing and insurance limitations.

Cancellations:

5.1 Cancel as early as possible to avoid charges.

5.2 Online bookings may still incur charges if canceled before dispatch.

Liability:

6.1 We strive to be punctual but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6.2 You are responsible for your belongings.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we’ll make efforts to provide a replacement promptly.

6.4 We are not responsible for issues or losses resulting from your group’s actions.

6.5 We cannot evade liability for personal injuries or fatalities caused by our negligence or fraudulent actions.

Termination:

7.1 We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you or your group pose a threat. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Miscellaneous:

8.1 We may contract other companies for services.

8.2 You cannot transfer responsibilities or rights to another party.

8.3 We retain the authority to modify terms; review them periodically.

8.4 Your data is handled in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.5 This agreement encompasses the entire relationship between you and us.

8.6 These terms do not confer benefits on any third parties unless mutually agreed in writing.

Disputes:

9.1 Raise issues or complaints within 30 days of your ride; complaints received after this period will not be considered.
